Our graphic designer, Debra Faust, has been your go-to expert for custom brochures since 2014, back when Edberg was partnered with Obeo and on through the Vizzi days. When VHT bought the company, she transitioned over to Prism Digital Communications—the print vendor who had been handling their brochure production for several years. Debra has since expanded her knowledge into various other areas of direct mail with a continued focus on real estate marketing.

As a result, you can enjoy the same brochure experience you’ve come to expect from VHT, but with more brochure types and sizes, custom postcards, and comparable (if not, better!) pricing.

We've retained the same copywriter to write property descriptions for brochures, and we also offer matching Just Listed/Just Sold postcards that use our EZLEAD™ technology!
Fast Printing
Same high quality brochures printed and shipped the same day if approved before 3PM on a business day. (8-page booklets require an extra day for production.)
Fast Shipping
All brochures are shipped via FedEx Ground, usually arriving the next business day. Residential shipping is only $8.50 more, but will allow for Saturday delivery to most areas.
